The implemented infrastructure is standard and of world level for all our operation centers. We rely on wide parking spaces, coffee shop, and other services, such as a medical clinic, etc. To garantee security, we have a security system with controled access and a close ciruit television system. On a communications net level, we have a structured cabled net with AVAYA switches for voice administration, and one with Cisco ones for the administration of data nets. On an equipment level for call centers, we rely on an AVAYA system of communication manager, with servers advantages. All our tecnology is IP, with the availability to put Hardphones and Sofphones, according to the clients' needs. In addition to this, we rely on a CMS system of AVAYA to creat reports and to get the information of the activities of each and every one of the campaigns of our clients.
