Guatemala
Our headquartes in Guatemala are known as "Torre Granito" (Granito Tower), it is located in the business hub of the city. With capacity up to 650 operations posts, with a scalable voice arquitecture, and based on AVAYA and Cisco tecnology. In Digitex Guatemala, we give customer service to clients from Spain, the USA and Guatemala.

 

El Salvador
We have a Call Center platform with capacity up to 250 operation posts giving Inbound / Outbound services to local clients. Our tecnology platforms are similar to those in Guatemala, which are interconnected with the purpose of serving as contingency centers, garanteeing the clients a high availability and redundant tecnology.

 

México
We keep a commercial office dedicated to promoting the nearshore services that Digitex Centalamerica offers to the mexican market.

Panamá
We manage the the activities from the visitors to various custom service centers for the Telco company. Fulfilling sales, loyalty and withholding, by offering a "One Window" service.

Nicaragua
We attend the need of service of Backoffice in the administration service area por the Telco sector company.

 

More than 20 years in the Outsourcing business. During this period of time we have shown our capacity to manage and develop large projects and a great fidelity to our clients.

In addition to our 7 Spain centers, we are currently working in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia and Peru with more than 3500 employees.

Our facilities are well equipped and have more than 4900 working stations in order to provide an excellent service to our clients.

Digitex uses all necessary resources to get the equipment and professional manpower required to help our clients on the development of each of their projects without their geographical position being a problem.

The implemented infrastructure is standard and of world level for all our operation centers. We rely on wide parking spaces, coffee shop, and other services, such as a medical clinic, etc. To garantee security, we have a security system with controled access and a close ciruit television system. On a communications net level, we have a structured cabled net with AVAYA switches for voice administration, and one with Cisco ones for the administration of data nets. On an equipment level for call centers, we rely on an AVAYA system of communication manager, with servers advantages. All our tecnology is IP, with the availability to put Hardphones and Sofphones, according to the clients' needs. In addition to this, we rely on a CMS system of AVAYA to creat reports and to get the information of the activities of each and every one of the campaigns of our clients.
